We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Reference to "we", "us" , "our" or "wireworks" are to Leet Ltd.

General: Goods supplied from the website are supplied by Leet Ltd a company registered in England and Wales whose company registration number is 4880976 whose registered office address: c/o Account Ability, Garden Studios, 11-15 Betterton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2 H 9BP.

Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase Goods indicated by you and it is not binding on us until we have notified you that an order is accepted. All advertisements and communications are made by us until your order is accepted by us are invitations to treat only and are not offers. If Goods are shown on the site but are not available or are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Wireworks shall not be obliged to sell you those goods. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering Goods are correct. We will not share your details with any third party. We may sign you up to our e - newsletters but you can unsubscribe from these at any time by clicking the link in the email. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and therefore shall not be responsible for the security or privacy of the Website and any information provided to or taken from the Website by you.

Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. All prices include United Kingdom VAT at the prevailing rate.

Delivery: Wireworks will aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days of confirming an order, during busy periods delivery may take longer. If your delivery is outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. All charges of this nature shall be borne by you. A statutory cooling off period of 7 days applies to all orders in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Returns: We hope you will be delighted with your purchases but if within the first 7 working days after receipt the Goods are not to your satisfaction you may return them to us. Simply return the goods in their original packaging and condition and we will exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account.

Returning an item:

1 Please email us at: sales@wireworks.co.uk stating the item(s) you are returning and reason for the return stating whether you want an exchange or refund. In the case of a damaged product please send an image where possible. State the preferred delivery address for the exchange or refund cheque.

2 Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement where goods are faulty or not as described. If the item is damaged or faulty, then we will cover the cost of receiving the item back with us. Please request a 'Proof of Postage' , as we will not be liable for items lost in transit back to us without proof of postage. Please supply a receipt for the return postage cost.

3 If you wish to return an item that is not faulty or damaged, then you can return the item (within the statutory time) for a refund or exchange at your own cost and original postage paid will not be refunded. All returns should go to the returns address printed on the delivery note.

However while the colour reproduction is a close representation, slight variation in the Goods may occur and all sizes are approximate. If it is essential that the measurements are accurate then please contact us prior to ordering. We will not be liable for the cost of returning items that are not the right size for your purposes.
